Low Side Gate Driver ICs

IXYS Integrated Circuits offers an extensive portfolio of low-side MOSFET and IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) gate driver ICs. These drivers feature output current ratings from 1.5A to 30A and voltage ratings up to 40V and are available in DIP, SOIC, DFN, TO-220, and TO-263 packages. Automotive-grade AEC-Q100 gate drivers are available with 4A, 5A, 9A, and 14A outputs. IXYS Integrated Circuits low-side gate drivers are ultra-fast, high-current MOSFET and IGBT gate drivers that are optimized for high-efficiency performance in motor drive and power conversion applications.

IX4340 MOSFET Drivers

IXYS IX4340 MOSFET Drivers are dual, high-current, and low side gate drivers with two outputs. Each of the two outputs is capable of sourcing and sinking 5A of peak current and offers up to 20V maximum voltage rating. IXYS IX4340 drivers feature typical 16ns for fast propagation delays and typical 7ns for fast rise and fall times. These drivers operate at a temperature ranging from -40°C to 125°C. The IX4340 drivers are ideal for high-current and high-frequency applications.

Intelligent Outlet Solutions

Littelfuse Intelligent Outlet Solutions components feature smart outlets and light dimmers that can be controlled via apps or virtual assistants. The Littelfuse product line includes PICO® II 473 Slo-Blo® Fuses, UltraMOV 14mm Varistors, SJ SCR Switching Thyristors, Thyristor Triacs, IX4340 Gate Drivers, and 650V X2 MOSFETs. The intelligent outlets plug into or replace traditional outlets and allow users to control what is plugged into them through an app or virtual assistant. The smart light dimmers are also remotely controlled. Instead of diverting energy from the light bulb into a resistor, the modern light bulb circuit is switched off many times per second around the fluctuation of household alternating current for efficiency.
